- As-built measurements
- Thorough exploration and development of design concept and direction.
- Space planning / new floor plan layouts including demolition plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, and furniture layouts.
- Elevations and millwork package.
Materials & 3D’s Renderings
Duration: 3-6 weeks
This is where we bring your vision to life. We will work together to select all the right color schemes, materials, and finishes and then put them into a digital 3D model of the space. You’ll get to see the finished project before it starts.
- Sourcing of all materials as such finishes, lighting, appliances, hardware, and plumbing.
