Meet The Team
Carly
Lead Designer
Carly has been passionate about interior design since she was a child. Even at a young age, she would spend hours creating virtual homes, designing, building and decorating them to perfection.
After graduating with a diploma for Interior Design Technology in 2017, it wasn’t long before starting a business had fallen into her lap. Her love of creating beautiful and functional spaces has only grown with time, and today she is known for her exceptional talent and skill in the field. With 9 years of experience working in the home and renovation world, URR Design is here to collaborate with you in designing, building, and decorating the home of your dreams.
When Carly is not several hours deep into a project, you may find her curled up on her comfortable blue sofa, with a good book in one hand and a glass of red wine in the other. On other days, she's out exploring the stunning Rocky Mountains with her husband, taking in the fresh air and beautiful scenery.
Massimo
Designer
Massimo takes great pleasure in delving into the technical aspects of his work. Whether it’s providing assistance to the team regarding secondary suites related inquiries or helping a client to build the home of their dreams, Massimo finds it immensely fulfilling to enable these aspirations for our clients. With significant experience in the construction industry, Massimo has worked extensively in both the Planning and Development, as well as in the construction of a house.
During his free time, Massimo enjoys engaging in outdoor activities, particularly in The Rocky Mountains. Hiking is one of his preferred pastimes, and often embarks on expeditions to explore new trails and scenic vistas. Furthermore, Massimo takes pleasure in snowboarding and strives to keep up with his wife on the slopes. In general, he values the opportunity to immerse himself in nature and participate in physical activities.
