In-home Design Consultation

Whether this is just the beginning of your design journey, or you are a seasoned ‘do it yourself-er’, an in-home design consultation is a great place to start. Together, we will discuss your vision, your goals, and your challenges with the space. Grab your notebook and any questions you have, we will provide on-the-spot guidance, recommendations, and resources to create the home of your dreams, in a budget that works for you.
If you're just looking for a consultation, that's perfectly fine! Your process with URR Design ends here, and we're happy to have helped. But if you need more design assistance, don't worry - we'll continue working together as outlined below.

Understanding your needs, preferences, and lifestyle is essential to any successful interior design project. Through this process, we will work together to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and illustrations that will provide a clear direction for the project.
Materials & 3D’s
Duration: 3-6 weeks
This is where we bring your vision to life. We will work together to select all the right color schemes, materials, and finishes and then put them into a digital 3D model of the space. You’ll get to see the finished project before it starts.
Add-Ons
Furniture and décor.
Duration: 4 weeks
Investment: Flat fee + Hourly Rate
Discover our furniture and décor package. Customizable to each room, this is perfect if you are seeking assistance with space planning and finding the main pieces for your space. You can expect a personalized presentation complete with a floor plan furniture layout, furniture suggestions, rugs, window treatments, decorative lighting, art, and accessories. We also provide a budget breakdown to help you stay within your budget. Additionally, we take care of all the purchasing, coordination, and delivery of the items to your home.
Residential Building Permit Application
Investment: Permit Fee + $142.50+GST
