Meet The Team
Carly
Lead Designer
Carly has been passionate about interior design since childhood, creating and decorating virtual homes for hours on end. After earning her diploma in Interior Design Technology in 2017, she worked as a custom furniture designer and at a design firm before launching URR Design in 2019 with her husband. With 9 years of experience in home and renovation projects, Carly specializes in creating spaces that are functional, beautiful, and truly personal.
When she’s not designing, Carly is either curled up on her blue sofa with a good book and a glass of red wine, adventuring through the Rocky Mountains with her husband, or spoiling her 2 pooches like there’s no tomorrow.
Massimo
Designer
Massimo loves diving into the technical side of design and construction. Whether he’s helping the team with suites, additions, or guiding a client through building their dream home, he enjoys seeing a client’s dream take shape. With extensive experience in construction and planning, Massimo has worked on projects from the ground up, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed.
Outside of work, Massimo enjoys exploring the Rockies through hiking and snowboarding, staying active, and sharing adventures with his wife and dogs.
