The Role

We’re hiring a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Design Assistant (Contract) to support our growing brand. This is a remote, freelance/contractor role — perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the industry and fill the gaps in their existing work schedule, with the opportunity to grow in the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating graphics for social media, emails, and client documents.

• Help with layout design (AutoCAD and concept presentations)

• Sourcing and organize visual inspiration/mood boards

• Support with packaging, product mockups, or print materials.

• Stay aligned with our brand aesthetic.

• Prepare project binders.

• Attending meetings - note taking.

Qualifications

• A driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

• Post-secondary education in interior design or a related field.

• Strong organization and time management skills.

• Open to feedback and comfortable working remotely.

Details

• Part-time: ~10–15 hours/week

• Remote (but let us know if you're local to Cochrane / Calgary, that's a bonus!)

• $18-$21per hour.
